What's great about it

Here is my immune boosting smoothie and potent remedy for when I'm feeling a little run down and I need to revitalise my body. Just one glass of this smoothie will leave you feeling energised and instantly restored as you take in the pure goodness. It's loaded with whole food vitamin C and vitamin D as well as the best natural anti-inflammatory ingredients you can get. My rescue remedy will hydrate the body and helps restore optimum health.

Ingredients

Serves 2


1 orange, peeled

1/2 cup pineapple, chunks

1/2 carrot

1 lime, peeled

1 tablespoon goji berries

1 cup coconut water

1 cup filtered water

2 teaspoons Natural Immune Support

Small slice of ginger

1/4 teaspoon Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte or small slice of fresh turmeric

1/2 cup ice

Method

 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 serving glasses and enjoy.

Notes and Inspiration

Add 1 teaspoon Manuka Honey.

Add 1/2 teaspoon Healthy Chef Matcha for added immune boosting and energising properties.
