Teresa's Ultimate Body Shaping Smoothie

Today I want to share with you all a quick smoothie recipe that’s my go to meal replacement drink most mornings. This nourishing smoothie is full of antioxidants, fibre (prebiotics) and pure organic Healthy Chef Protein to help keep me satiated, repair muscle tissue and boost my metabolism.
½ cup strawberries
1 small banana, frozen
1 cup almond milk, macadamia milk, rice milk or water
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Protein
2 teaspoons Healthy Chef Superfood
1/2 teaspoon Matcha Green Tea
1/2 cup ice
BLEND all the ingredients and enjoy.
