I’ve boosted the yoghurt with Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI to sustain lean, toned muscle and a healthy metabolism. Yoghurt adds gut-loving probiotics for the gut as well as protein and calcium to support bone health. With around 35g of protein per serve, this breakfast makes for a satisfying start to the day.
Ingredients
Serves 2
4 gluten-free Weet-bix
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Collagen Coffee
250ml - 375ml hot water
500ml vanilla Greek-style yoghurt, your choice
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI - Vanilla or Natural
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Naked Chocolat
Method
ARRANGE the weet-bix into a dish that is suitable.
POUR the hot water over the collagen coffee.
POUR the hot collagen coffee over the weet-bix, adding more hot water if needed. The weet-bix soaks up a lot of moisture and you want them soft.
COMBINE the protein with the yoghurt, then spoon over the weet-bix.
SET in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
DUST OVER naked chocolat and enjoy.
SWEETEN to taste if desired by adding a little honey or maple.
THIS lush tiramisu keeps well for up to 4 days in the fridge.
