Zesty Lemon Sgroppino

A Sgroppino is a refreshing Italian dessert-style drink typically made with prosecco, vodka and lemon sorbet. Our version is alcohol-free and high in protein with the addition of Healthy Chef Body Fit Protein Water in Zesty Lemon flavour. This mocktail is perfect as an after dinner treat when you feel like something sweet yet refreshing. 

Healthy Chef Body Fit Protein Water features a base of grass-fed collagen providing 20g of protein per serve, alongside vitamin C, magnesium, taurine and BCAA’s.

INGREDIENTS

200 g lemon sorbet, lightly softened 

120 - 250 mL sparkling mineral water, based on the consistency you like 

2 scoops Healthy Chef Body Fit Protein Water 

ice to blend, optional, for that extra refreshing experience 

sliced lemon, to garnish 

METHOD

BLEND all ingredients together until the sorbet is combined smoothly with the mineral water and protein water. 

POUR evenly into 2 serving glasses, garnish and enjoy.
