Turmeric has to be one of my go to spices in the kitchen. It's a superfood hero that's loaded with anti-inflammatory and immune boosting healing properties, as well as helping to boost flavour and colour to the recipes I create. I always make sure my spice rack is stocked with turmeric and if you can get it in its fresh natural form - that's even better.
