Feel Good Banana Smoothie

He's one of my favourite banana smoothie recipes that I love to make for a healthy breakfast. It contains a nut or a seed milk such as sunflower seed milk or almond milk which I make myself in my Vitamix. A few spoonfuls of Healthy Chef Protein is a must because it will nourish my body and keep me energised all morning.  

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

1 banana - frozen

1 cup almond milk or coconut water

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Marine Collagen

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI or Organic Pea Protein

1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 generous teaspoon tahini

ice to blend

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients into a high speed blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
