After just one glass, I promise you’ll be a green smoothie convert for life. Smoothies are more substantial than juices, so I often make them as a complete meal. You can experiment with ingredients and can adjust the macronutrient balance by adding protein that will enhance your detox and make your body glow.
- COMBINE spinach, cos lettuce, pineapple, lemon, water, matcha, wheatgrass and ice
- BLEND until smooth.
- POUR into 1-2 glasses and enjoy.
