Beauty Collagen + Marine Collagen - What Is The Difference?

Article title image

Collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies, found in muscles, bones, skin, blood vessels, digestive system and tendons. Our body’s collagen production naturally begins to slow down as we age. Studies show that including collagen-rich foods into your diet improves skin health, digestive health, repairs joins and prevents muscle wastage.

Healthy Chef Beauty Collagen and Healthy Chef Marine Collagen both support skin health, gut health and overall health and wellbeing. However, there are several points of difference that we would like to share with you.

Healthy Chef Beauty Collagen

I believe beauty starts from within, so to combat increasing and widespread pollution, and stressful lifestyles, we require health-aligned skincare solutions that nourish us from the inside out. I designed Healthy Chef Beauty Collagen to target the growing need for a more rejuvenating and nourishing product for skin health.

Healthy Chef Beauty Collagen consists of 50% pure, wild-caught Marine Collagen with the addition of Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin B5 and Turmeric. This powerhouse of vitamins works to enhance the absorption of collagen while also supporting skin hydration, skin cell regeneration and healing and reduces the appearance of tiredness and fatigue. Beauty Collagen has a lovely citrus taste and is best taken is a glass of cold water first thing each morning.

Studies show that collagen helped improved elasticity, skin hydration and firmness.
Due to the special vitamin and mineral content, it should only be added to cold water or liquids to ensure the nutrients remain bioavailable (adding to hot liquids would destroy vitamin C).

Healthy Chef Wild Marine Collagen
Healthy Chef Wild Marine Collagen is 100% pure with nothing added. It was designed to support digestive health as well as nourish healthy skin, joints, and muscle.

Studies have shown that  the amino acids in collagen help to treat gastrointestinal symptoms and disorders, including leaky gut syndrome, IBS, acid reflux, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

Collagen is rich in protein as well as the amino acid L-glutamine, a vital nutrient for the intestines to rebuild and repair. It supports our overall digestive system.

Healthy Chef Marine Collagen consists of 100% pure, wild-caught marine collagen, it is highly bioavailable, meaning its easily absorbed and utilised by our bodies. It’s 100% GMO-free with no fats, sugars, fillers, gluten, lactose or carbohydrates. Completely dissolvable in hot and cold liquids, it's wonderful added to hot or cold drinks, smoothies, juices, nourishing soups and broths.
