Calming Banana Smoothie

Bring a sense of calm to your day with this simple and grounding smoothie that's rich in essential amino acids and minerals such as potassium and magnesium to support your adrenals and nervous system.

INGREDIENTS

1 banana

250 ml (1 cup) almond milk

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Vanilla Organic Pea Protein or Pure Native WPI

handful of ice

METHOD

COMBINE all the ingredients into a blender.
BLEND until smooth and creamy.
POUR into a serving glass and enjoy!

For a delicious salted caramel flavour, add one tablespoon almond butter, a fresh pitted date and a pinch of sea salt.
