My 4 ingredient Green Goddess smoothie from Earth To Table is high in antioxidants and essential amino acids to support gut health and restore healthy gut flora. 

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1
1 mango

handful of baby spinach or Healthy Chef Everyday Greens

250 ml (1 cup) coconut water or coconut milk

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI or Organic Pea Protein

handful of ice, to blend

METHOD

COMBINE all the ingredients into a blender.

BLEND until smooth and creamy.

POUR into a serving glass and enjoy!
