What's great about it

My 3 ingredient GREEN GODDESS smoothie from Earth To Table is high in antioxidants and essential amino acids to support gut health and restore healthy gut flora. 

Ingredients

1 mango

handful of baby spinach or Healthy Chef Green Smoothie

250 ml (1 cup) coconut water or coconut milk

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Vanilla WPI or Organic Pea Protein

handful of ice

Method

1. COMBINE all the ingredients into a blender.

2. BLEND until smooth and creamy.

3. POUR into a serving glass and enjoy!

Notes and Inspiration

Add a few drops of peppermint extract or fresh mint leaves and a spoonful of coconut yoghurt for additional gut-healing benefits.
