What's great about it

A Feel-Good Muesli is a perfect way to kick start your morning or recharge yourself throughout the day. Made with sweet and juicy Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, Greek yoghurt, tahini or raw honey and your choice of almonds, hemp seeds, or pistachios, it’s packed with all the good stuff! Perfect for when you need a pick me up! 

Ingredients

4 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit, sliced

500 ml Greek natural yoghurt

4 tablespoons gluten-free muesli or nuts such as walnuts or pistachio

 

TAHINI HALVA

2 tablespoons tahini

1 - 2 tablespoons cold water

1 teaspoon maple or honey

 

Method

SPOON yoghurt into serving bowls and arrange over sliced kiwi fruit.


COMBINE tahini, cold water and honey until creamy using a small whisk.


DRIZZLE a little over the yoghurt and sprinkle with muesli.


ENJOY.
