IMMUNE BLISS BALLS
What's great about it
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond meal
1 cup desicated coconut + extra for rolling
125 g dried apricot
2 tablespoons Pure Native WPI or Organic Pea Protein
1/2 teaspoon Natural Immune Support (vit C to boost collagen)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Juice and zest of 1 orange
1 - 2 tabelspoons coconut oil, melted
Method
1. COMBINE almond meal, coconut, zest of 1 orange, dried apricot, protein and Natural Immune Support into a food-processor or blender.
2. BLEND until well combined and spoon into a bowl.
3. ADD coconut oil, maple and orange juice.
3. MIX well until combined with your hands.
4. ROLL into balls then roll in coconut.
5. REFRIGERATE for one hour before serving.
6. ENJOY!
