What's great about it

This protein-rich, low-sugar smoothie is full of essential nutrients to help nourish healthy hormones, support your thyroid and reduce stress + cortisol levels. Avocados are rich in healthy fats, antioxidants and minerals. Healthy Chef Protein contains essential amino acids that are needed for healthy hormones. Brazil nuts are high in selenium and strawberries are a great source of iodine and potassium.

Ingredients

½ avocado

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Vanilla Protein  

1 tablespoon Green Smoothie or Organic Superfood

4 Brazil nuts

1 cup strawberries

1 cup dairy-free milk (we used Pumpkin Seed Milk)

Stevia to sweeten

A few drops of peppermint extract

Method

1. COMBINE all ingredients into a blender.

2. BLEND until smooth and creamy.

3. DIVIDE into serving glasses and enjoy.

Notes and Inspiration

Add 1 tablespoon Naked Chocolat to boost antioxidants + magnesium. 

Top with cacao nibs.

Macadamia Nut Milk is also a great source of zinc + magnesium to support thyroid health.
