INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2

1 cup almond or cashew milk

1 banana, frozen, chopped

1/2 avocado, optional

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Organic Pea Protein - Vanilla or Natural

1 teaspoon Healthy Chef Matcha Tea

handful of baby spinach

few drops peppermint extract

handful of ice, to blend

30 g dark 85% chocolate chopped 

METHOD

COMBINE all the ingredients, except the chocolate into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 

POUR into a tall glass. 

TOP with chocolate and enjoy.
