What's great about it

This delicious low sugar smoothie is high in antioxidants, protein, healthy fats and fibre which makes this a complete healthy meal for breakfast or quick lunch. The potent ayurvedic spices from the chai latte help to nourish a healthy digestive system whilst the addition of protein helps keep you full, boosts metabolism and supports healthy glowing skin. 


Serves 2

1 cup cinnamon roasted pumpkin

1 banana, frozen

1 tablespoon tahini

1 cup dairy-free milk (we used coconut milk)

2 cups ice

1 generous teaspoon Healthy Chef Chai Latte

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Vanilla Protein

coconut yoghurt to serve


1. COMBINE pumpkin, banana, tahini, milk, ice, Healthy Chef Chai Latte and Healthy Chef Protein into a blender.

2. BLEND until smooth and creamy.

3. DIVIDE into serving glasses and enjoy.

Notes and Inspiration

Roasted sweet potato can be used in place of the pumpkin.

Top with coconut yoghurt and dust with a little cinnamon.
