Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
This delicious smoothie is from my plant-based cookbook Earth To Table. High in antioxidants, protein, healthy fats and fibre which makes this a complete healthy breakfast. The potent Ayurvedic spices from the Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte help to nourish a healthy digestive system whilst the addition of Healthy Chef Protein helps keep you full, boosts metabolism and supports healthy glowing skin.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

1/2 cup roasted pumpkin

1 tablespoon tahini

1 cup dairy-free milk

1 cup water

1 cup ice

1 generous teaspoon ground turmeric or Turmeric Latte

2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Organic Pea Protein - Vanilla or Natural

1 tablespoon Marine Collagen

coconut yoghurt to serve

METHOD

COMBINE ingredients into a blender.

BLEND until smooth and creamy.

POUR into glasses and enjoy.

GARNISH with a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
