2. SHOP A TWIN PACK OF BODY SHAPING SHAKE

Join our private Facebook community group. This is a safe space with fellow members to share your questions, experience, and access tips to help you prepare ahead of the challenge starting date.  



4. REPLACE A MEAL A DAY WITH BODY SHAPING SHAKE

Starting from Monday 17th, replace 1 meal a day with our Body Shaping Shake. If you’re new to the challenge, replacing breakfast with a shake is usually the easiest. 

Tip: there are 14 sachets in each box of Body Shaping Shake so two boxes will last you for the 28 days of the challenge.
