5 Steps To Radiant Skin

What we eat directly affects our skin, and eating a healthy diet full of healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamin C, collagen, and amino acids can mean the difference between a fresh, glowing complexion and a tired, dehydrated one.

1 DRINK Beauty Collagen or Wild Marine Collagen as part of your morning ritual. Mix 1 tablespoon into a large glass of filtered water. Aim to drink 2 - 3 litres of water daily to support the skin's production of collagen. 

2 REMOVE gluten, alcohol, refined sugars and refined starchy carbs. By reducing or eliminating these elements from your diet, you can minimise inflammatory skin responses. 

3 EAT a diet rich in quality protein, antioxidants, + healthy fats. Protein builds and repairs skin tissues, antioxidants protect against free radical cell damage, while healthy fats improve the skin's moisture and elasticity. 

4 NURTURE your skin with quality sleep, between 7 - 9 hours. When we sleep, our body releases human growth hormone, a key ingredient for collagen production.

5 MOVE every day. Regular exercise is akin to a healthy workout for the skin. By increasing blood flow, exercise helps to nourish skin cells and keep them vital. Exercise will also support any saggy skin that you may start to notice later in life.
