Why Healthy Chef Protein is Good For You

Protein is considered by many to be the most important macronutrient for humans because of the numerous roles protein plays in the body. Whenever the body is growing, repairing or replacing tissue, proteins are involved. They are found in your skin, bones, muscle and all your organ tissue. In addition, they are used to produce hormones, enzymes and haemoglobin that carries oxygen in the blood. The main function of protein is to build and repair, as well as sustain muscle. Good sources of protein are fish, organic poultry, unsalted nuts and seeds, organic / free range eggs, lean beef, game meat, organic tempeh, natural yoghurt, quinoa, beans, legumes and protein supplements.

When most of us walk into a supermarket or health food store, we are seduced by label padding and rows of protein powders promising weight loss or lean toned muscle. It can get a bit confusing to choose the best one for your needs, as well as knowing how it’s prepared and the ingredients used in making it.  When I designed my Healthy Chef Pure Protein, it had to be the purest and highest quality protein supplement available as well as use organic ingredients so that everyone could enjoy it.

Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI

Our pure native WPI is the first of it’s kind in Australia.

It’s filtered directly from pasture-raised (grass fed), hormone-free, raw milk that only has one single pasteurization process as required by law – All other methods are at cold temperature to preserve the native character of the protein (defined as un-denatured). It is filtered through cold temperatures and has a high complete ratio of full spectrum amino acids that are rapidly absorbed into the body > 95%. I also added organic vanilla bean, organic alkaline cocoa and a hint of stevia to our natural flavoured varieties which allows for a clean and purely delicious taste.  Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI is specifically designed to be the purest, bio-available source of protein that does not cause bloating or gastro-intestinal issues. It is low in fat, low in carbohydrates, high in protein and free of soy, gums, fillers, sugar and gluten. Healthy Chef Organic Pea Protein

Our protein is first organic pea protein supplement in Australia. Entirely raw, alkaline and plant based, containing all the essential amino acids your body needs to heal and nourish in a perfect environment. It is low in fat, low in carbohydrates and free of soy, sugar, gluten, dairy and lactose, making it suitable for those who suffer from food allergies and food sensitivities.
