Chocolate Protein Smoothie Bowl
Chocaholics rejoice! This is the perfect breakfast or healthy snack rich in protein, healthy fats, antioxidants and restorative minerals hat will leave you feeling energised. Adding a little sprinkle of chocolate granola just gives it that extra crunch....you can also use a spoon of cacao nibs or toasted hazelnuts if you don't have chocolate granola on hand. Sit back and enjoy every spoonful.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1-2

1/2  avocado

1 cup coconut water 

1 serve Healthy Chef Protein

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Naked Chocolat

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Marine Collagen

2 tablespoons gluten free granola, cacao nibs or flaked toasted almonds

sliced banana to serve (optional)

1 - 2 cups ice

METHOD

COMBINE avocado, water or coconut water or milk, Healthy Chef Protein, Naked Chocolat, Marine Collagen and ice into a blender.

BLEND until creamy and smooth, adding more water if needed.

SWEETEN if you like with a little monk fruit sweetener or stevia.

POUR into a bowl or glass and top with granola or almonds.
