Sunshine Breakfast Bowl

This year has not been easy, and almost everyone's mental wellbeing has taken a hit at some stage. Diet plays an important role in helping support your mind and body, and this delicious breakfast is packed full of sunshine and health that will make you feel good on the inside.
Yoghurt is rich in probiotics to support our immune system, aid digestion and assist with nutrient absorption. In addition, adding vitamin C rich fruits such as pineapple, strawberries or kiwi fruit helps boost the immune system. Studies also show that vitamin C may help reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress.
2 teaspoons Healthy Chef Magnesium +
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Gut Collagen
500 ml Natural Yoghurt (your choice)
1 cup pineapple (chopped) see notes
2 - 3 tablespoons passionfruit (see notes)
mint leaves to garnish
Gluten Free Muesli
TOP with pineapple or your choice of seasonal fruit. I also love kiwi fruit and strawberries.
DRIZZLE with passionfruit or a little maple or honey.
GARNISH with mint leaves and your choice of extras.
ENJOY and devour.
