1 sachet Body Shaping Protein, or 2 tbsp WPI or Pea Protein

1 cup (250 ml/ 4 1/2 fl oz) dairy free mylk

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Greens

1/2 - 1/4 avocado, (if using a blender)

1 tablespoon tahini, optional

1/2 cup (125 ml/ 2 1/4 fl oz) filtered coffe, optional

ice, optional

METHOD

COMBINE all the ingredients in your blender bottle or a blender.

BLEND until smooth + creamy.
