Not only does this smoothie promote optimal wellbeing, it’s perfect for when you want to indulge in a little chocolate therapy!
Ingredients
Serves 2
1 large ripe frozen banana
1 avocado
1 1/2 cups almond or cashew milk
2 tablespoon Healthy Chef Protein
2 teaspoons Healthy Chef Naked Chocolat or cacao
pinch of sea salt
handful of ice, to blend
Method
COMBINE all the ingredients in a blender.
BLEND until smooth and creamy.
POUR into 2 serving glasses or jars and enjoy.
Notes and Inspiration
Make into a smoothie bowl by reducing the milk and topping with cacao nibs and roasted hazelnuts.
Make into a keto mint chocolate smoothie by adding a few drops of peppermint extract or a small handful of fresh mint leaves.
Any leftovers can be enjoyed the following day.
Use fresh Cashew Milk or Macadamia Milk for a delicious creamy substitute for almond milk.
