Matcha Tea is my secret ingredient for managing stress and anxiety!

Due to its extremely high levels of active natural compounds, like chlorophyll, L-theanine, caffeine and more, Matcha has the power to help you feel calm and focuseed whilst supporting your health and metabolism at the same time.

I drink a cup every morning to start my day, and the best way you can incorporate it into your day is to have it upon rising. Try replacing your first tea and coffee with it.


MEASURE out 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of Matcha into a drinking cup or bowl.
POUR in a small amount of boiling water to dissolve the Matcha.
WHISK in a zig-zag motion with a bamboo whisk (Chasen) or teaspoon until there a no lumps.
FILL with more boiling water, or add your favourite type of milk for a lovely creamy latte.
DRINK slowly and enjoy.

BLEND with frozen banana, avocado, almond milk, spinach and protein 
for an awesome power-packed breakfast smoothie.
