What's great about it
These delicious balls are sugar free, gluten-free and nut free. I've designed them especially to help stabilise blood sugars, keep you energised and satisfy those chocolatey cravings. They are also great to pack into kids lunchboxes and taste like a raw bounty bar....it's hard to stop at one.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Healthy Chef Naked Chocolate
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup Healthy Chef Protein (WPI chocolate, Body Shaping Chocolate or Organic Pea Chocolate)
1/2 cup hulled tahini
a few tablespoons water to mix if required or a touch of vanilla
Method
COMBINE Naked Chocolate, coconut and Healthy Chef Protein into a food processor.
ADD tahini then mix again until crumbly and combined.
ADD a splash of water or a little vanilla until you achieve a soft consistency.
ROLL into balls then into coconut.
STORE in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
ENJOY.
Notes and Inspiration
BLEND 2 protein balls with drinking coconut milk and 1 frozen banana for the yummiest smoothie.
