7 STEPS TO BOOSTING YOUR MOOD:

1: ENJOY MOOD BOOSTING FOODS such as omega 3’s, protein, vegetables and healthy fats. Research shows that one of the most important components of your diet to prevent or treat mood disorders is omega 3 foods. 

Eating protein is critical for supporting our health as well as our mood. The best sources of protein include wild caught fish, organic chicken, yogurt, organic eggs, nuts, seeds, protein powder and collagen.

2: REMOVE gluten, alcohol, coffee, processed foods, and refined sugar. Processed foods have limited nutrient density and likely contain added fillers, preservatives, artificial sweeteners or flavours which can exacerbate mood swings, anxiety and depression symptoms.
